Our doctors work a livable schedule- working 4 days per week, and 1 weekend every 4 weeks. Our doctors do not take after-hour emergency calls.
Our doctors work together as a team often bouncing ideas off each other and helping each other out with cases when necessary. We mentor each other and have developed a MENTORSHIP PROGRAM for new and recent graduates.
We offer an environment that promotes a healthy work culture. We have a management team that meets twice a month to discuss any employee issues and helps develop and implement hospital policies and procedures to improve our quality of care and client experience. We also have twice monthly doctor meetings to address talk about the hospital and address any concerns. And we have monthly staff meetings to discuss issues, new products or procedures, and to work on team building.
