Requirements:

• Maintain an active GA state veterinary license and PLIT coverage
• GA License in good standing including necessary continuing education requirements
• Completion of the Veterinary Dental Practitioners Program through the International Veterinary Dental Institute or is willing to do so
• Current DEA license may be required
