We offer a truly flexible approach to scheduling—whether you prefer full-time consistency or a creative, shared schedule that allows extended time off. Our doctors collaborate to build schedules that work for their lives, including options like alternating weeks or extended rotations, while maintaining seamless patient care. 

As the only full-service small animal hospital in Kewaunee County, we serve a loyal and expanding client base. Our modern facility, built in 2016, is equipped with digital radiography, in-house laboratory, and ultrasound/echocardiography, allowing you to practice high-quality medicine and surgery with confidence and efficiency. 

Located just a short drive from Green Bay and the shores of Door County, this position offers the rare combination of professional growth and access to exceptional outdoor recreation, waterfront communities, and a relaxed pace of life.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus monthly production bonuses, along with paid continuing education, CE time off, and coverage of professional dues and licensing. You’ll enjoy a four-day work week with no weekends, no on-call responsibilities, and no holiday hours - because we believe great medicine starts with a balanced, fulfilled team.
