Job Summary: We are looking for 1-2 full-time or part-time Veterinarians to join our team due to upcoming retirements. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a diverse range of animals and possess strong clinical skills. The caseload breakdown is approximately 50% small animal, 25% equine, and 25% beef/dairy/small ruminants. Large animal work is seasonal, with increased activity in the spring and fall. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive veterinary care to a variety of animals, including small animals, horses, and livestock.   Perform routine examinations, vaccinations, and surgeries. Diagnose and treat medical conditions. Conduct herd health visits and provide preventative care recommendations. Perform obstetrical work and pregnancy diagnoses. Manage emergencies and provide after-hours care on a rotating basis. Communicate effectively with clients, providing education and support. Maintain accurate medical records. Participate in practice growth initiatives and community outreach programs, including rabies clinics and coggins clinics. Participation in an after-hours call rotation.   Qualifications: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution. Licensure to practice veterinary medicine in Minnesota (or ability to obtain licensure).   Experience in mixed animal practice preferred, but not necessary. New graduates with a strong interest in mixed animal medicine are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
