The Veterinary Student Internship in Wildlife Rehabilitation Medicine is intended for veterinary students who have completed their 1^st or 2^nd year of veterinary school and have a desire to learn more about the field of wildlife rehabilitation medicine.

The goal of this 12-week summer (May through August) internship is to provide the student with a unique, intense hands-on experience in wildlife medicine, husbandry and rehabilitation techniques. The student will spend time rotating through all care areas of the WRC to obtain the most well-rounded experience possible (animal care crew, seasonal nurseries, etc).
