Embryo Corp is hiring a DVM veterinarian to support and help run our animal reproduction program. We need someone hands-on, reliable, and comfortable around fast-moving lab + farm operations. Someone who is willing to learn and develop new techniques working with everything from cats to cattle.
Position includes equity stock ownership, insurance and other benefits.
What you’ll do
Support animal reproductive procedures and day-to-day clinical care
Work with our team on oocyte and embryo collection workflows (flushing, aspiration/OPU support depending on experience)
Maintain clean records, SOPs, and animal welfare standards
Coordinate scheduling, hormone protocols, ultrasounds, sedation/anesthesia as needed
Must have
DVM with Texas licensure (or able to obtain)
Large animal repro experience OR strong interest and willingness to learn quickly
Comfort working in a hands-on setting (farm + lab)
Surgery experience
Strongly preferred
Experience flushing oocytes or embryos in large mammals (horse, cattle, pig)
Experience with OPU/aspiration and embryo transfer support
Repro ultrasound experience
Nice to have
Experience in IVF/ICSI/embryology-adjacent work
